Amygdalan Font

Problem: I wanted a distinct decorative font for my band that would be recognizable and could be used in multiple ways.

Solution: I decided to create a minimalistic monospace all-caps typeface limited to a 3x3 grid. This allowed me to create without worrying about x-heights, kerning, and other considerations beyond my rudimentary skill at typeface design. It also meshed well with the spacey electronic sounds I use in much of my music.
