If You Steal My Sunshine

It’s starting to get warmer and warmer everyday. The male teachers have stopped wearing their jackets in school and a few are even daring to take off their ties.

There is something to be said for the lack of centralized air conditioning. It nice to feel the weather changing throughout the day. I am surprised that I am starting to enjoy it. It’s difficult to explain, but at the risk of sounding new-agey, I will say I feel more in tune with the world outside. Despite being indoors from 8am to 4pm, I feel physically on the same page as someone who spends it outside, just less tanned.

It's a great sense of harmony that I will miss once school is out for the summer, cause you can bet I’lll be blasting my AC unit at home all day.
